Personal Training

Whether you’re training to lose weight, tone up, or add lean muscle, our certified personal trainers will have you feeling great and reaching your fitness goals. You’ll see an improvement in your overall health in no time!

Group Classes

  • Morning Boot Camp: 5am on Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday

  • Evening Boot Camp: 6pm Monday and Thursday 

  • Senior Fitness: 9:30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays

  • Yoga: 6:00pm on Tuesday

  • Barre: 9am on Mondays & Friday

  • Stretch and Flex: Saturdays at 7AM

  • Body Blast: Saturdays at 8AMdays at 8AM
